How an Asbestos Gasket Cutter Works？

The asbestos gasket cutter cuts non-metallic gaskets with a pneumatic knife using the servo motor.  The effective cutting area is 2500*1600mm. The customer can add a transport shelf at the back of the machine.  Place the material on a rack/shelf and then pull it onto the machine.  Because the machine has a suction system, materials can be sucked and fixed on table,  then import the cutting file, such as AI, CorelDraw, CAD and other formats of graphics into the cutting software. Asbestos gasket cutter can cut the corresponding shape on the table according to the cutting drawings.  So you don't need a cutting die.  save time, save cost. Most important is the machine can run at a speed of 1m/sec.
